86-year-old 'Taco Bell Queen' feared she wouldn't live to see her town's grand opening after cancer diagnosis

Pauline Monk got her wish to see the restaurant open after her son fought to bring Taco Bell to their local Sissionville, West Virginia town. Monk has been dubbed the ‘Queen of Taco Bell’ by her local community after her ribbon cutting presence.
