King Charles III and Queen Camilla are set to be greeted with an official state arrival ceremony at the White House, a quarter of a millennium after the U.S. declared independence from England. King Charles will address a full chamber of Congress, the first British Royal to do so in over 30 years, amidst current tensions in U.S.-U.K. relations regarding NATO and other international issues.
