Noem says Mamdani admin, DHS communication has 'not been productive' regarding crime-fighting goals

DHS Secretary Kristi Noem said she remains hopeful that New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani will work with federal law enforcement to remove "criminal elements" from the city but so far, communications "have not been productive."
