People and pets pulled to safety after boat becomes disabled near Cape Hatteras
A Coast Guard MH-60 Dolphin helicopter crew from Air Station Elizabeth City rescued two people and their pets after a disabled sailboat triggered an emergency beacon near Cape Hatteras.
