The U.S. military carried out strikes in Venezuela early Saturday morning, U.S. officials confirmed to Fox News. The blasts come as the U.S. military has been targeting, in recent days, alleged drug-smuggling boats. Venezuela said it was open to negotiating an agreement with the United States to combat drug trafficking.
