DNC chair calls for eliminating filibuster, granting D.C. and Puerto Rico statehood when Dems get back in power
DNC chair Ken Martin said Democrats need to pursue statehood for Puerto Rico and Washington, D.C., as well as eliminate the filibuster when they regain power, before calling the Trump administration a "fascist regime."
