GOP Sen. Cotton: ‘Durable and lasting’ Iran deal would be written as a treaty to be approved by Senate
Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., said that in order for an Iran deal to be “durable” and not undone by a future administration, it would need to be negotiated as a treaty for Senate ratification.
