JD Vance tries approaching Kamala Harris on Wisconsin tarmac to 'check out future plane'

Senator JD Vance told reporters on Wednesday that he tried confronting Vice President Kamala Harris on the tarmac of a Wisconsin airport, and attempted to get a closer look at Air Force Two, which he called his "future plane."
