Walz, Shapiro are Harris' top VP finalists: Report

Fox News national correspondent Bryan Llenas tells 'Special Report' that Reuters is reporting that Kamala Harris will choose either Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro and Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz as her running mate.
