Police officer safely rescues dog from train tracks

Trooper Alec Kalis was near the Ohio State Fairgrounds when he noticed fairgoers trying to climb a ladder to rescue a dog near train tracks. After he offered his assistance, the dog Miley was safely returned to her owners.
