Florida officials ‘confident’ Madeline Soto is dead as mom’s boyfriend becomes main suspect
Florida police told Madeline Soto’s mother the “very devastating news” Thursday night that she was dead following her Feb. 26 disappearance, the Orange County sheriff said in a Friday press conference.
