Salvadoran illegal migrant was ordered to deported twice before shooting death of 2-year-old

The illegal Salvadoran migrant arrested in the fatal shooting of a 2-year-old child in Maryland was released twice from jail despite ICE requesting he be deported on both occasions. (Fox 5 DC)
