Little girl cited for being 'too cute' by officer - watch the adorable video!

A three-year-old girl was cited in Cobb County, Georgia, for the cutest reason after handing Officer Tyler Selvia a bottle of water on a hot day. Since Officer Selvia was out of police stickers, he issued the tot a lighthearted ticket.
