Benjamin Hall gives speech after accepting 2022 Foreign Press Award

FOX News Channel’s State Department correspondent Benjamin Hall, who was catastrophically injured in Ukraine while reporting there earlier this year, was awarded a 2022 Foreign Press Award from The Association of Foreign Press Correspondents.
