Migrant shelters need more volunteers, government help ahead of Title 42 lifting

The pandemic-era policy, Title 42, remains in limbo, but migrant shelters say now is the time to prepare for it ending. Some migrant shelters are pleading for more help from the government as the number of border crossings drastically increase.
