Sen. Tom Cotton says 2020 Democratic candidates have 'lost their mind'

Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., said the field of 2020 Democratic presidential candidates have embraced a radical, far-left agenda and gone completely off the rails, during a Wednesday interview on "Fox & Friends."
