Nation's first earthquake warning mobile app launches in Los Angeles

L.A. Mayor Eric Garcetti officially launches the nation's first earthquake early warning mobile application, ShakeAlertLA, designed to detect that a tremor of magnitude 5.0 or greater is striking.
