Brett Kavanaugh offers to testify, no reply yet from accuser

Judge Brett Kavanaugh says he'll testify under oath before the Senate Judiciary Committee, but his accuser Dr. Christine Blasey Ford has not accepted Sen. Grassley's invitation yet.
