Shooting in New York City Turns Deadly

A 21-year-old man was killed and two other people were wounded during a gunbattle in New York City early Tuesday morning.

Police said the victim died after he was shot in the head at 4:20 a.m. in Brooklyn, MyFoxNY.com reported.

Another man and a woman also were shot and injured. They were in stable condition at a local hospital.

Police haven't yet released a motive or the circumstances surrounding the shootings.

No arrests have been made. An investigation is under way.
