Outraged mother says teacher's aide pulled son's tooth at school

Published November 20, 2014

Fox News

A Massachusetts mother is considering filing a criminal complaint after a teacher’s aide allegedly played "dentist" in the classroom and yanked out her son’s molar.

Sabrina Grant told WCVB that her 10-year-old autistic son Chris Quirk attended the Wilson Elementary school in Framingham last week with a loose tooth, but returned home with the wrong one pulled out.

Quirk’s fourth-grade teacher told Grant in an email that the loose tooth became a distraction in the classroom.

The school has since complied with Grant’s request for Clark to be put in another program, while the superintendent said the aide’s job description doesn’t require pulling teeth, WCVB reports.
