PRINCETON TOWNSHIP, N.J. -- Officials say a New Jersey fisherman discovered the body of a missing Maryland woman.

Police say Devon Baker was found in Stony Brook in Princeton Township on Sunday, eight days after the 37-year-old disappeared from her Lexington Park, Md., home.

The St. Mary's County, Maryland, Criminal Investigations Bureau issued a felony warrant charging Benjamin Moore with second-degree murder.

St. Mary's officials said Tuesday that Moore has been arrested in Niagara Falls, Canada, where he is being held pending extradition.

Officials are awaiting autopsy results to determine how Baker died and how long the body had been in the creek.
