Where Am I?
Tuesday, we showed you Vice President Biden seemed to forget where he was when he told his Virginia crowd how important it is to win North Carolina.
Today in Blacksburg, Virginia, he seemed to forget when he was there, as in which century we're in.

VICE PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN: We rescued the automobile industry, saving a million jobs. Once again General Motors is the largest automobile maker in the world. Folks, where is it written we cannot lead the world in the 20th century in making automobiles? I have not seen it written anywhere!

The Romney campaign quickly pounced saying its ticket will ensure America leads in the 21st century. At that same event, Biden referred to Congressman Ryan as Governor Ryan.
The Bottom Line
If you are a high school dropout you have a better chance of earning more money working for the federal government than the private sector.
The Congressional Research Service says someone with a high school diploma or less -- meaning he or she dropped out -- receives wages 21 percent higher and benefits 72 percent higher on average than private sector counterparts.

Finally, the United States is not the only country where the cost of the space program is criticized.
