Tyra Banks' Stalker Found Guilty

Published January 14, 2015

Fox News

The man accused of stalking and threatening talk show host and former supermodel Tyra Banks was found guilty Thursday.

Brady Green, 38, was arrested after showing up at the Chelsea Studio where Banks films her talk show.

He was accused of threatening to kill one of her producers and of sending the supermodel flowers and love letters.

Banks says she feared for her safety when she learned that her accused stalker had entered the Manhattan building where she tapes her TV show.

Banks testified Wednesday at the New York trial that she also feared for the safety of her staff, her family and anyone else who is with her.

Defense lawyer Sydney O'Hagen says her 38-year-old client is just an overzealous fan. She says Green simply answered Banks' Web site invitation for fans to reach out to her.

Green was arrested near the studio where the "Tyra Banks Show" is taped. He was charged with stalking, harassment and criminal trespass.
