Tyra and Her Top Models Spill the Dieting Beans

Fans of America’s Next Top Model's catfights and catwalks were treated yesterday to a 13-hour re-run marathon on Oxygen, the reality show’s new cable network home.

And what’s a big network launch without a star-studded party?

Oxygen trotted out diva host Tyra Banks and all of your favorite ANTM stars at New York City’s Gotham Hall last Monday.

“It feels amazing to be here after 11 cycles,” Banks told FOXNews.com. “I'm really proud that it was one of the first fashion reality shows, because when we started, reality TV was still sort of taboo, but I am happy that ANTM was a pioneer.”

And of course to make it on TV, as in fashion, appearance is everything. Which is why we asked every model we ran into their diet and workout secrets.
