Sinkhole Shuts Down Major Highway in Denver

A major interstate was shut down in Denver on Thursday after a burst water main created a large sinkhole under the roadway, according to MyFOXColorado.com

Officials say the northbound lanes on Interstate 25 have been shut down just north of downtown Denver following the water main burst on Thursday afternoon.

No injuries have been reported, but traffic backups extended for miles through the city.
