Russell Crowe Jokes His Son Is Destined to Marry Nicole Kidman's Daughter

Published January 13, 2015

Australian actor Russell Crowe joked Friday that his 2-year-old son Tennyson has already met his future wife, 2-month-old Sunday Rose Urban, daughter of Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban, People.com reported.

Not only are fellow Aussies Crowe and Kidman close friends, but Tennyson and Sunday share the same birthday.

"Nicole had one look at my younger son Tennyson, and looked up at me and said, 'I'm a great believer in arranged marriages,'" the actor told People while promoting his film “Body of Lies” in Beverly Hills. "I believe she made the connection between Sunday and Tennyson now – so Tennyson is already engaged!"

Crowe said the arrangement was worked out when Kidman and Urban visited him in Australia recently.

"Nicole and Keith brought Sunday Rose around on a Sunday, which I thought was appropriate," Crowe told People. "But Sunday Rose is a beautiful child with beautiful delicate features and it was fun when she brought her around Sunday – it was nice."

Crowe added that being a father to his two kids with wife Danielle Spencer keeps getting better. "It's the most fantastic thing I've ever experienced," he told People.
