People Magazine Names Its 100 Most Beautiful Stars

People magazine has named its 100 most beautiful people of 2009.
At the top of the list is “Samantha Who” star Christina Applegate, who talks about her struggle with breast cancer and how her boyfriend, whom she has known for 13 years, makes her feel beautiful.

Applegate, 37, graces the magazine's cover, and says that her double mastectomy gave her a “new purpose in life.”
In the sneak peek from People, we learn what other lucky stars made the list, including Halle Berry, Zac Efron, Rob Pattinson and Freida Pinto.
