Liv Tyler, Husband Royston Langdon Split

Liv Tyler and her husband Royston Langdon have separated, the actress' rep told People.

"Liv Tyler and Royston Langdon have confirmed their separation," the rep told the magazine. "They remain good friends and devoted parents to their son Milo and are requesting that their family's privacy be respected at this time."

Tyler's wedding ring finger was bare at Monday's star-studded Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute Gala.

It added to the already rampant rumors that the 30-year-old "Lord of the Rings" actress and her 36-year-old rocker husband had split.

The two married in 2003 and have a son who was born in December 2004.
