Better to Stay Home When the Kids Are Teens?

Published January 14, 2015

Fox News

One of the many stories we're covering for Wednesday's “DaySide” is something that people are buzzing about a lot this week: New evidence that it's more important for moms to stay at home when kids are in their teens than when they're babies. A writer who has researched this will be on with me live.

Who knows whether this is true? Could dropping out of work and staying home with your teens prevent them from drug use, delinquency and promiscuity? My guest tells me that it does. I'd like to hear from you. Send an e-mail to dayside@foxnews.com and tell me if you have personal experience with this.

P.S. -- We'll also show the rest of my exclusive interview with Gen. Richard Myers, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Hint: expect questions about Harleys and saxophones.
