Austria international Royer joins Hannover

Hannover has confirmed the signing of Austria international midfielder Daniel Royer from SV Ried on Wednesday.

Royer has penned a four-year contract with Hannover and is expected to take part for Austria against Germany on Friday.

The 21-year-old will be eligible to make his Hannover debut against Stuttgart on September 10, but he will not be allowed to take part in Hannover's Europa League campaign, having already appeared in the competition for Ried this season.
