President Obama calls to congratulate Congresswoman-elect Chu on last night's win

Earlier today, President Obama called Congresswoman-elect Judy Chu to congratulate her on her win in last night's special election.  Chu won the seat that was left vacant after Hilda Solis became President Obama's labor secretary.

"The President called Representative-elect Judy Chu to congratulate her on her victory in last night's special election in California. The President also congratulated her on being the first Chinese American woman elected to Congress and told her that he admired the way she ran her campaign."
