On Stimulus Anniversary, White House Reviews Progress and Looks Ahead

On Wednesday, the one-year anniversary of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, otherwise known as the stimulus, the Obama Administration will announce $1.5 billion in new transportation grants.
