Obama to Raise $1.5 Million for Dems at Miami Beach Fundraisers

Trying to maximize both time and profit, President Obama makes his signature fundraising move of late by doing two back-to-back fundraisers at the same Florida hotel Monday.

The President will round up $1.5 million, says a Democratic source, for House and Senate Democrats at the famed Fontainebleau Miami Beach when he speaks before an evening reception and then dinner benefitting the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee and the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee.

There will be 450 people in attendence at both events.
