Hoyer Says House Will do Tax Cut Bill Thursday

House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-MD) says the House will debate and vote on a bill to renew some tax cuts on Thursday.
Hoyer says the bill incorporates statuary PAYGO and covers the Earned Income Tax Credit.
Hoyer says the legislation would make the tax cuts permanent for those who earn up to $250,000 a year.
"I'm hopeful we'll be able to pass that bill, maybe unanimously," Hoyer said.
