The House meets at 9:00 a.m. ET, but they will not hold any votes.

Senate Democratic leaders continue to struggle to pass a package of spending and tax breaks. They’ll be back at the Capitol to negotiate Friday, but do not plan on having another vote on the measure.

Would you buy hair samples from a crime scene? How about artwork from a serial killer? There are a host of websites that sell these kind of macabre wares. Sens. John Cornyn, R-Tex., and Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., want to change that. They’ve joined forces to introduce the “Stop the Sale of Murderabilia to Protect the Dignity of Crime Victims Act of 2010,” which is designed to end the practice of selling someone else’s tragedy for a profit.

There’s sure to be movement on other issues too, so stay with Fox News for updates on all the latest.
