Beware the Pre-tweet!

President Obama's staff got a little ahead of him today when they announced his departure on Marine One before it even happened. "Boarding for St. Louis," the tweet began. However, the President had already been delayed by nearly half an hour and was still inside the White House at the time the tweet came out. Apparently that message didn't find its way to the day's official White House tweeter.

The President finally did lift off for St. Louis, where he'll make remarks on health care and round up some money for Senator Claire McCaskill's re-election bid.
