With a little makeup and a few tricks of the trade, you can achieve a plump pout in seconds.

Makeup artist Lauren Cosenza shares her pro tips for faking fuller lips for day or night:

Extend lip liner just beyond your natural lip line. To give the illusion of a fuller lip, Lauren recommends using a flesh-colored lip liner that's also a lip stain.
Apply clear lip gloss to the bottom lip. The light that reflects off the gloss will give the appearance of fullness and dimension.
Dust highlighter across the cupid's bow. This will enhance the natural shape.
Opt for ombre. Using a darker lip liner, extend the line just beyond the natural lip. Fill the lip with a brighter shade and blend into lip line. This trendy look is perfect for evening.
