The St-Germain Cocktail itself is an elegant and crisp cocktail that is a lovely addition to the night," celebrated NYC bartender Meaghan Dorman of Raines said. This refreshing cocktail is also features in the Raines Law Room’s special Valentine’s Day special called “Cocktails for Two or a Few” beginning Feb. 1 – Feb. 14.

Ingredients:

2 parts MARTINI Prosecco

1½ parts St-Germain

2 parts sparkling water

Preparation:

Stir ingredients in a tall ice-filled Collins glass, mixing completely. Think of Paris circa 1947. Garnish with a lemon twist.
