This earthy cocktail with herbaceous notes is a perfect way to celebrate winter.

Ingredients:
1 oz. Cardamaro
1 oz. Aperol
4 oz. Prosecco
Preparation:
Build all ingredients in an ice-filled wine glass.
Stir gently to incorporate.
Garnish with an orange peel (curled like a floret).
