Add some bubbles to your bourbon with this spruced up version of a classic Kentucky Derby drink.

Ingredients:
2 parts Maker's Mark Bourbon
2 parts sparkling white wine or Champagne
? parts elderflower liqueur
Lemon twist and mint for garnish
Preparation:
Mix together Maker’s Mark Bourbon and elderflower liqueur. Muddle with mint. Pour in sparkling wine.
Pour drink over crushed ice and garnish with lemon twist.
