Serve this refresher in a mason jar for a homey feel. (Lillet)

Crisp, effervescent, and a bit herbaceous. Easily make, shake, and serve this one stop cocktail in individual mason jars. The bright green grapes highlight the quality Bordeaux wine, the base of the liquid, as well as the citrus flavors of Lillet Blanc, while the herbal notes pop with the delicacy of elderflower and thyme.

Ingredients:

10 muddled grapes

2 sprigs fresh thyme

2 parts Lillet Blanc

? ounce St Germain

1 part sparkling wine

Preparation:

Build in first four ingredients in Mason jar and lightly muddle thyme and grapes.

Fill jar with ice and screw on lid. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Remove lid and top with sparkling wine.

Add a straw and enjoy!
