IRS Blues Martini

The Cityscape Bar in Chicago sells this blue lemonade vodka martini for $4.15 on tax day as part of a specially priced menu to east the pain of paying taxes. Also on the menu: an “In the Red” Bloody Mary and an “In the Black” Russian.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 ounce citrus-flavored vodka

1/2 ounce blue curaco

3 ounce lemonade

Preparation:

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.

Shake, then strain into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish with a lemon wedge.
