Hummus that will make your taste buds happy. (Chef Danny Elamleh)
This Levantine dip is going to please the senses and satisfy your craving for something salty. This dip can be eaten plain or with fresh vegetables or chips.

2 pound Chickpea Puree
3/4 cup Tahini
1 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1 ounce Grated Garlic
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 ounce Ground Cumin
2 ounce Braised Chickpeas
1 Pinch of Ground Cumin
1 Drizzle of Lemon Juice
1 Pinch of Fresh Oregano
In a blitzer or blender, combine all ingredients and blend until completely incorporated and smooth.
Put dip in a serving bowl, and put all of the garnish items on top in a layer of your choice. You can't go wrong.
