These make a great gift for anyone who needs a little special something this holiday season! Pass them around before or after the big holiday meal for a sweet treat that will anyone in the Christmas spirit.

Ingredients:

4 cups pecans

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 teaspoon sea salt

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350.

Stir all ingredients in a large bowl.

Spread out and bake on a cookie sheet for 15 minutes.
