Surveillance video released in LiLo's NYC hit-and-run Video

Surveillance video released Thursday by the New York Police Department shows Lindsay Lohan either grazing or just barely missing a man walking in front of her car as she tries to pull into a parking garage for the Dream Hotel.

The grainy video shows a crowd milling about outside, as a car's headlights come into view.

A man in a plaid shirt walks by, and is either bumped by the car, or jumps out of the way, as the car pulls through the crowd.

The individual then runs into the parking garage after the car, a Porsche Cayenne that turned out to be driven by Lohan.

The man, who later identified himself as cook Jose Rodriguez, told the Daily News Lohan smelled of alcohol. But witnesses said she had not been drinking just minutes before the alleged incident.

Lohan's rep Steve Honig has denied she hit anyone, and said he looks forward to the matter being cleared up.
