Penélope Cruz Fights AIDS One Pose at a Time

A very pregnant Penélope Cruz has embarked joined in the fight against AIDS in Africa.
The “Pirates of the Caribbean: Stranger Tides” star graces the December cover of Spain’s Vogue magazine, which comes out on sale Friday. Cruz tells Vogue about her collaboration with rock singer Bono's organization “RED,” which strives to bring awareness about HIV/AIDS in Africa.
Other artists who join Cruz in the photo shoot include world-renowned director Pedro Almodóvar and actor Antonio Banderas.
