New Study From Estately Determines Your State's Favorite Cuisine

It's a question many of us ponder, but few actually know the answer to: If a statewide food fight broke out right now, which type of food would you most likely see flying toward your face?

Or, in simpler terms, which type of cuisine is most prominent in your home state?

The real-estate bloggers at Estately were hungry for an answer, so they turned to Urbanspoon to find out which eateries were most prominent in each state.

It's worth noting, however, that Estately excluded restaurants that specialized in pizza, burgers, sandwiches, fast food, and American cuisine, although it's unclear exactly what falls under that last category. (For instance, barbecue and Hawaiian cuisine can certainly be considered American, but both are still represented in Estately's findings).
