Meet Derek Jeter's latest lady friend, model Hannah Davis

Derek Jeter’s love life is heating up. The ultra-private Yankee shortstop was seen out with green-eyed Ralph Lauren model Hannah Davis Monday night, The Post reports.
“They were flirting, having a great time, and were sitting close together,” says a witness who saw them at Meatpacking hotspot Double Seven for the last Avenue A Soundcheck bash of the summer.
The pair took in a performance by singer and model Jenny Bapst and DJing by Nima Yamini and Whoo Kid before Jeter left the club alone, quickly followed by Davis, who is also a singer and songwriter.
“They are an item on the quiet,” says another source. “Derek and Hannah left separately, but she met up with him again later.”
Jeter, 38, and Virgin Islands-born Davis, 22 — who is best known as the face of Ralph Lauren fragrance Ralph Rocks and has also modeled for Victoria’s Secret, Tommy Hilfiger and L’Wren Scott — have been seeing each other casually for several months. They were spotted dining together at a Tampa, Fla., restaurant in March.
They were also at a Tampa Starbucks last December, the same month Jeter met up in Paris with his ex of three years Minka Kelly, with whom he split last August. Sources tell us Jeter and Kelly had tried to reconcile but failed.
