Jersey Shore Celeb Ronnie Ortiz Slammed With Assault Lawsuit, Report Says

Fist-pumping isn’t so much fun when it involves court documents and legal action.
This is what “Jersey Shore” star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, is dealing since after being slammed with a private citizen’s complaint for assault.
Entertainment hound dog E! News got their hand on the documents, which reveal that Justin Viterito, claims Oritz-Magro struck him at a Seaside, N.J. bar on June 9.
According to Viterito’s claims in the lawsuit, Ortiz-Magro, whose mother is Puerto Rican, he was “struck in the left eye" by Ortiz-Magro and “was shoved by a cast member from the show.”
As of now, court documents show that Ortiz-Magro has a court date set for July 3rd.
Not a good way to start celebrating Independence day.
Both lawyers have kept mum about the ordeal… for now.
The incident seems to have also affect Ortiz-Magro’s cast member Jenni “JWoww” Farley, who according to TMZ, sustained a minor foot injury.
Earlier last week, another scandal involving “Jersey Shore” stars Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi and her ex, Emilio Masella spread like wildfire online.
Fingers were pointed at Masella for allegedly leaking nude photos of Snooki. But, Masella has denied all accusations of exposing Snooki’s derriere, among other things, online.
TMZ is reporting that Masella claims he didn’t see the snapshots of Snooki in the buff until the news broke online.
The reality star’s private photos of her were leaked online, gossip site GossipCop.com is reported.
The photos of the Jersey Shore star, which were taken before Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi was preggers, show her topless and in her birthday suit as she makes sexy faces.
