Jared Fogle's wife says she is filing for divorce

Former Subway spokesperson Jared Fogle's wife is filing for divorce.
Katie Fogle told TMZ, "I am in the process of seeking a dissolution of the marriage. The focus is exclusively on the well-being of my children."
She added she was "shocked and disappointed" by the news of her husband's arrest on child pornography charges and said "neither I nor my family will have any further comment on the matter."
Fogle was previously married to Elizabeth Christie from 2001 to 2007. He began dating Katie McLaughlin in 2009 and the pair married in 2010.
Federal prosecutors say Fogle has agreed to plead guilty to engaging in a sex act with a minor and receiving child pornography, the AP reports.
